Shipping and Return Information

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday within 48 hours of purchase. Orders are shipped via USPS and typically take 1-4 business days for delivery. Orders received after 2:00 pm (EST), on Fridays, and/or on holidays will be shipped out the next business day.

Note: On rare occasions orders may be shipped up to 3 days of order placement. If an order is scheduled to ship longer than 3 business days of order placement, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

At this time, No No-See-Um does not ship internationally.

Return/Refund Policy:

Our goal is to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your No No-See-Um product for any reason, you may return all unused product for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Simply ship the item along with the receipt back to us at the following address:
